No. Growmore is a soluble-ish inorganic 7-7-7 salt blend. Fish, blood and bone is a slow organic meal, high in phosphate for roots. Westland labels 3-9-3. Do not treat it as a moss killer or as ferrous sulphate.
Why does the Westland SDS mention silica?
The 2018 Westland SDS lists silicon dioxide at 45–55% with a workplace exposure limit. The 1.5 kg box is a dusty mix, not a pure meal. Wear a dust mask. A 25 kg trade sack may be a different filler level — read that SDS too.
